Shampoo and Conditioner?

what is the best shampoo and conditioner you have used? especially for damaged hair?Shampoo and Conditioner?

If you have colored hair and want to go professional...go with Pureology. A little pricey, but you will notice a difference in just one shampoo. Just remember, split ends or frizziness from lack of hair cuts and misuse cannot be reversed. Often people think because there hair is soft, it is healthy when in fact the conditioner is just ';swelling'; the hair shaft. Most commenly you will find these types of products on your local grocery store shelves.

Shampoo is better. I go on first and clean the hair. Conditioner is better. I leave the hair silky and smooth. Oh, really, fool? Really

I think shampoo/conditioner made especially for your hair color are the best ones.
biologe shampoo and conditioner, it's about $17-20 for each bottle, but worth it.
