Shampoo And Conditioner?

Do you take a shower but do shampoo and conditioner at the same? Does it effect you in any way? Thanks.Shampoo And Conditioner?

I would think that if you use shampoo and conditioner at the same time, it would have the same effect as using soap and lotion at the same time, I don't think it would work as effectively if used separately, as intended!

I've tried dumping both in at once. It's not as effective; the combo ends up being a gloppy mess, my hair is still greasy and I get tangles in my hair. You are better off using a 2-in-1 product or a seperate shampoo and conditioner.
I havent used it before but I think that the shampoo would wash out some of the conditioner.

i use both. It cleans your hair good and makes it shine why?
