Best conditioner & shampoo?

which shampoo %26amp; conditioner is good for curly, thick and long hair,

and not so healthy..

i use tresseme atm but it doesnt really make it soo soft..

and is it true that if a shampoo bubbles up alot that its not good for your hair?

best answer will be chosen..Best conditioner %26amp; shampoo?
yes its true, the ingredients that make the bubbles are also the ingredients which dry your hair out. wen haircare is the best for all hair types. i have thick curly hair also and its awesome, stops it being frizzy. it doesnt lather up at allBest conditioner %26amp; shampoo?
if it bubbles up alot it means that it is more concentrated that normal shampoos (not a bad thing) it means that you only need a little bit and you need to add water to get it to lather.

you need something light because then it will not weigh down your thick curly hair.

try curl life it is by matrix you can find it at most salons, even great clips,

AVOID USING NON-SALON PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS,

there is a reason why they do not work and are less expensive!
the john frieda collection is the best shampoo and conditioner ever! LOL i use it and it leaves hair soft and smooth, it cleans well and fixes hair through each wash lol it is a little expensive but they have like $1 or $1.50 coupons all the time. hope this helps!
if you want one with no bubbles then go for toni%26amp;guy it makes your hair soft but it goes greasy quite quickly!! herbal essences is really good as well you can get a special one for curly hair!! Gd luck! :-)
