I have curly hair and don't use conditioner after i shampoo..is that why it's falling out like crazy?

the chemicals in shampoos are very damaging to hair.

try swicthing to a natural shampoo.

this should solve your problem. if it doesn't contact your doctor.I have curly hair and don't use conditioner after i shampoo..is that why it's falling out like crazy?
First, switch your shampoo. Some people are more sensitive to chemicals and changing your shampoo brand is a good first step to see if its a reaction to something or if its a medical condition that you need to have checked out. If you don't notice any significant change, or if you want to err on the side of caution, go to the Dr. There are a variety of reasons a person can suddenly start loosing their hair and they range from ';not a big deal we can fix this'; to ';this is an indicator of a serious health problem';.I have curly hair and don't use conditioner after i shampoo..is that why it's falling out like crazy?
that could be it i suggest you use conditioner because it keeps it healthy and not dry and damaged. but if its falling out alot like to the point where your friends are noticing it that could mean its a health problem! are you eating enough and getting a good nutricious diet? because people who dont can have there hair fall out. also make sure your not putting anything in your body that could harm it like drugs because that is bad too. but if you use conditioner, eat healthy and take care of yourself and its still happening then i would see a doctor
Dont worry all you need is conditioner, that happened to me, its probably just dry, but make sure after u use conditioner to maybe put some oil in your hair so it wont be too dry, but for some people oil might be bad and might make you have a dry scalp, so test it first, and if itching occurs dont use oil, but its nothing bad for you.
you need to use conditioner.

it's probably just damaged and breaking off, or it could be something more serious.

give it a week and if it continues to fall out or worsens, go see a doctor.

just remember that it is normal to shed hair, quite a lot of it actually.
Have you been experiencing any other symptoms? Unusually heavy or light menstruation? Exhaustion or irritability? Weight loss or gain?

A thyroid imbalance is the main thing I can think of that can cause hair loss in adolescent girls. Talk to your doctor and see if he thinks you should get blood tests done. There is medication to easily correct a thyroid imbalance, if that is what you have.
I would definitely go to the doctor! It is probably not anything bad, but if other people are noticing it, I would get it looked at just to be sure!

Good Luck!
