Shampoo and Conditioner help?

I'm looking for a really good over the counter shampoo for wavy/straight hair.


Something that can relieve the damage and block out humidity.


And something that doesn't leave too much build up.

Ps. I have oily hair and I use some product in it. Any help with this?

Nothing can block out humidity except for some moose. I recommend Affinage Cleansing Shampoo. It cleans out the oils, and products and also relieves damaged hair. Also, Hot Oil treatments weekly are recommended, and heat protecting products and leave-in conditioner milk, such as Dove.Shampoo and Conditioner help?
