You should only shampoon and condition every other day. Shampooing every day strips the hair of its natural oils and conditioning every day leaves a build up on hair, eventually leading to split ends and weighing it down. You should also shampoo and condition the ends, not all the way up to the scalp, again because it strips away the hairs natural oils.
just buy a shampoo conditioner 2 in 1 and use it everyday...
