You might have product build up so start w/ a clarifying shampoo like Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo. Rinse really well %26amp; follow w/ a deep conditioning hair mask. Joico K-Pak conditioner is excellent.GIRLS HELP?!? need shampoo and conditioner?

Use Garnier Frutis. I use it and it works really good. Its like the best shampoo and conditioner. It also makes your hair smell really nice.

sunsilk my hair gets that way. it is the one in the green bottle and it is spesilized for hair like that so just use that and then there is a bottle of the same stuff only you apply it after you wash your hair and that works really good and if you dont want to try that then you can apply a little bit of lotion in it you rub it in your hands a little bit then apply it throughout your hair and if you do not like that rub a dryer sheet throughout it down wards and that works too!
pantene they have on just to make your hair soft! I love it, i switch it up ever time i run out to anothe pantene! they are all awesome and make your hair super soft!!!

Go to a Salon and spend splurge on some pricier conditioners. Also use product when u get out of the shower to make it softer.. I use a shine spray from ';Samy'; and I love it
