Shampoo and conditioner?

i want to try a new set of shampoo and conditioner. I want my curls to be shiny, bouncy and to look healthy but i also want to prevent my hair from damage. i am stuck between using herbal essences break's over shampoo and conditioner or hebval essences totally twisted. After i wash or condition my hair, i use curling tools such as mousse and cream . do you think i should use one of the two choices for shampoo and the other one for conditiner?Shampoo and conditioner?
