it all depends on what kind of hair u have
straight= yes because it doesnt work very good but if u have straight hair all it has to do is make it knot free and clean
curly= definite NO garnier is not a good shampoo and will work a little bit on straight hair but not at all on wonderful curls
(i would suggest pert or pantene)
wavy= depending on how much u sweat or not (i would suggest equate shampoo for the beautiful richness of the waves) once again if u tend to have oily hair than NO if u dnt have oily hair it may only be good sometimes depending on what style u had done with it or how many knots if u have wavy hair i suggest u dont use it at all but it may help a bit somedays when ur hair is boring and u havent done anything with it in a while
