the best shampoo and conditioner will largely depend on your hair in that each shampoo works differently on individuals. eg pantene is supposed to be good but it just doesnt work for me. i suggest that you do a trial and error and try leading brands and see what they do. or you could go to your hairdresser and see what they suggestShampoo and conditioner?

pantene is gerate its very good it makes hair very soft and strong it heels damaged hair its really works well

I'm not sure about shampoos, but you should use Paul Mitchell Super-Charged Moisturizer as a conditioner. Leave it in for about 15 minutes for severe moisture ;)
