First of all it is necessary to oil massage the hairat least once a week with a good hair oil. Acombination of 1 tablsp of coconut oil and 1 tsp of almond oil is good.Massage well into the hair especially the scalp with genle finger tips.Then dip a thin towel in hot water and wring it well and tie this hot towel in your head for 2 mins.Repeat this for 3 to 4 times.Rest for half hour and then use a mild shampp and a good conditioner to wash your hair.Regular use of shampoo without oil massage can lead to rough and dry hair and there can be split ends too.To remove split ends have a trim once a month.
girl! dont worry, u just apply ''parachute therapie'' oil on ur hair 2 make it soft, thick and to prevent hair falling... the best thing is 2 apply it and massage ur head and i noe its hard 2 have oil on ur head for hours in summers but apply dat oil and keep it on ur hair for atleast 2 days.... after two days wash ur hair wid fiamma di wills shampoo and and fiamma di wills conditioner..... den apply ''livon'' after washing ur hair, after one day again apply oil and leave for 2 days and repeat the whole process... slowly when ur hair starts improving, reduce the time u leave oil on ur hair..... okay?

For rough hair use mild conditioner .U can prepare in home it self . Mix curd and lemon its works like conditioner and remove dandruff. Apply this twice a week. And apply heena its really good for hair.
