Yes it should...so long as you don't have very unhealthy hair to start with....
I use head and shoulders and it DOES give my hair a nice shine and makes it look very healthy after I have used it. That is because it is cleaning all of the residue and impurities off your hair and scalp in order to get rid of your dandruff.
But if you change from one brand of shampoo to another you always notice the difference the first few days because it is cleaning all of the old residue from your last brand of shampoo off your hair....

No, to tell you the truth Head and Shoulders is the worst shampoo you could ever use. It has the same ingrediants as rug cleaner. So if you don't have a rug on your head i would reccomend using a different shampoo and conditioner.
I highly doubt it. The girl doesn't really use the shampoo they just find a girl with gorgeous hair and say that's how your hair will look. And it depends on the hair type.

Just shows the power of advertising!! Ask your Stylist which shampoo and conditioner is best for you, a few extra quid will go a long way!!
No. They used photoshop or something to make it unbelievably silky, shiny and soft looking.
