drug stores are not legally allowed to sell professional products like paul mitchell, tigi, biolage. a lot of times you don't actually get the product you think you're buying or the product will be old. I suggest buying from a salon instead.Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner!!?
If your hair is naturally usually dry, like mine is, you shouldn't even use shampoo because it stripps the hair of natural oils which you lack in the first place. So just cut out the shampoo. My hair never feels dry on account of i don't wash the oil out.. The shampoo will make your hair smell good so you're good to go.
Just because it's expensive doesn't mean it works great. Also, you may have gotten a formula that's not right for your hair type. Usually when you buy beauty products at CVS they allow you to return it if you're not happy.
Check the bottom of the bottle for an 800 number for questions or comments. Call them, see what is up. They may offer your money back. But it might have just not been the right shampoo for your hair type.
I have the shampoo and it says on the back if you didn't buy it from a salon then it could be old or something. I have it and it works amazing on me. Much better than Garnier.
