Shampoo or conditioner, which is better?

I would definitely say, when choosing only one, that shampoo is better than conditioner. If you think about it, you can't really wash your hair using only conditioner. There are people, though, who only use shampoo and their hair is just fine. So I'd say shampoo.Shampoo or conditioner, which is better?

i would say shampoo because it comes after conditioner and keeps the hair soft and silky
