XxShampoo and conditioner?
Hey Angel
You`re wasting your money by letting the conditioner go down the drain. Try to get your brand of shampoo and conditioner in one bottle (2-1) The product is formulated to rinse away the shampoo but leaves the conditioner clinging to your hair.
Unlike the method you are using where as you are washing the conditioner out of your hair by the second shampooing. But no, it is not harming your hair just not doing any good.

You should wash your hair before you condition becuase the shampoo cleans your scalp and removes all the dead skin and dirt. Shampooing after you condtion is probably taking some to alot of the condtioner out, but it will not damage your hair.
i think its fine because when you buy 2-in-1, the shampoo and conditioner are already mixed up anyways so i dont think it matters
hope i helped :)
there's pretty much no point of putting conditioner in if your just going to put shampoo again, if you like the smell try herbal essences hello hydration or drama clean (:
it is damaging, all shampoo-ing damages, thats why we use conditioner, to put the moisture back in
conditioner works best because it keeps your hair smoother than regular shampoo.
