You have to go to a high end salon and get what they recommend according to the brand they carrie there are some really good ones.
They really need to see your hair in person so they can determine the kind of damage......straighteners are really bad to cause damage(the chemical kind),Help! shampoo and conditioner?
don't shampoo ur hair everyday...then try VO5 hot oil treatment twice a week...it really strenghtens ur hair and make it more shiny...
i would use a mild baby shampoo with conditioners
