I want: smooth, shiny, and most definatley *Repaired* hair
oooh and if it smells nice that's even better! (but it doesn't have to)
also, i don't want anything from a salon cuz my parents don't think expensive shampoo and conditoner is worth it, so getting it at a drugstore or walmart or something like that is a must!
thnx! :)Time to buy a new shampoo and conditioner!!! any suggestions??
Brand name salon products are honestly the way to go. I know you can't get those at the moment so at least stay away from these brands b/c the pH levels are soooo bad they ruin your hair and will actually make it worse... Suave, Herbal Essence, Garnier Nutrisse to name a few.
Try L'Oreal products.... they actually own and make some up the more expensive salon products. Look for L'Oreal Nutri Gloss shampoo for Damaged Hair and the conditioner. Also try John Frieda products such as Reinforce Triple Creme Mask, Thermal protection serum to use when using heat. Look for the ones that say for repair or hydrating for damaged hair. Those are both available at Walmart.
Use shampoo and then conditioner. If you use a blow dryer or curling/straight iron you will need to protect it with a product to keep it from getting over heated thus making it more damaged. Their are serums and sprays you can put in your hair to protect it before you style it with heat.
Good Luck!Time to buy a new shampoo and conditioner!!! any suggestions??
HERBAL ESSENCE OR PANTENE (but alotta ppl say pantene frizzes yur hair)
herbal essence
aussi or herbal essences.
i use both.
I just switched to VO5 moisture milks...I'm growin my hair out, too and its been working great! Plus, im with ya on the low price..so it makes sense. Also, suave makes a leave-in all day treatment that really works for split ends! Easy, just rub into towel dry hair.
DOVE! i love dove. heehe. that rhymes.
i always use dove green tea and cucumber. it smells really good, and within 2 days, your hair will be really shiny, healthy, and have lots of volume! it's really gentle, and it's relatively cheap. i use it every day. there are other dove shampoos, that i also recommend, but i can only say for this one because it's the only one that i've used. there is also dove for extremely damaged hair, you should try that one. all i know is that dove works extremely well for me, and that i love how it completely transforms my hair!
Tresemme is great, also I recently discovered that Herbal Essences really works great too.
