Whatever shampoo and conditioner you use has nothing to do with how fast you grow out your hair. However, silicon is horrible for hair. People think it protects your hair, but really it just builds up on your hair, it's horrible. Don't use it. Use biosilk or something. Also, root awakening by john frieda...the detangler makes your hair grow really quickly if you massage it into your scalp realllly well.
I really don't think anything in shampoo, conditioner, or anything yoou put in your hair can affect the way your hair grows because it is a done deal once it comes ouot of your scalp and from then on you just have to take care of it.





I think it all depends on what you ingest and eat that can afftect the way your hair grows...
