Shampoo and conditioners what kind should i use?

I use doo gro for my hair. the type of hair i have is thick black hair and when i get it done at the hair dresser its at my shoulder but regular its like at the end of my neck. i don't have perm yet but i'm just asking what shampoo and conditioner is good for me? my says i should use dr miracle but i'm not sure if it works. my friend said her cousin used dr miracle and now her hair is at her lower back. should i use it? what other ones are good for me?Shampoo and conditioners what kind should i use?

forget Dr. miracles.... you should nexxus phyto organics hydruss shampoo and humectin conditioner. These leave my hair soft and silky. (i have relaxed hair)
A very good friend of mine works on the Redken design team. She told me years ago that the majority of shampoos and conditioners are all the same, just in different proportions of chemicals. She uses and I use homemade conditioner like this one:





Coconut Milk Hair Conditioner:

1. Peel and pit avocado;





2. Mash avocado;





3. Slowly add coconut milk until smooth and the consistency of hair conditioner;





4. Work through hair to ends;





5. Rinse after 15 minutes and shampoo.

olive oil products it's in green bottles and boxes and stuff like that!!
use something that matches the discription of your hair. dont go with anything too expensive because it can be a waist. i recomend something by Suave. good luck!
