Am I using the right mane 'n tale conditioner/shampoo?

okay..I used it a few days ago..and it damages my hair..but how come so many people recomended it? if its so bad..or am I using the right kind?..wats the right kind I'm spose to use thats better.Am I using the right mane 'n tale conditioner/shampoo?
well it it hourse shamppo and everyone does not have the same hair type well i wouldnt use it if it's hurting your hair and i use use something else like

It shouldn't damage your hair and the conditioner is great too. There is only one kind of shampoo/conditioner with that name. It makes your hair very silky and it doesn't have all those harmful stuff like most shampoos.
well there is only one kind of mane 'n' tail shampoo. Is your bottle orange and has blue writing and has a horse on it?Then it's the right one, and yes, it works great for thick hair.
Some shampoos don't work for certain people maybe its too harsh on your hair and dried it out.
Yea, I believe I answered your last question when you asked about it. ';we all'; recommended it...obviously because forus it worked great! So...maybe it just doesnt go well with your hair type, it worked fine for all of us...You are def using the one and only, so I'm not sure what happened...Sorry for the referral, I thought that was what y!a was for...
